Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore

Salary: 15k – 25k per month

Shift Timing: Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
  • Resolve customer issues by offering effective solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Stay updated on company products and policies to deliver accurate information.
Requirements:
  • Graduation is mandatory with excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience is a plus.
